Day #2

I was a little snap happy this morning! So I'm taking this opportunity to introduce you to the main characters you will see here because they're all I have to take pictures of right now, and we're all together every single day, 365 days a year (366 this year).

Okay first there's me. The insane mommy who lives off of Mt. Dew to help me keep up with my extremely active two year old. At this point in time I am 24 years old and I have been married for 4 years and 4 months. I have one brother and a cousin who is just like a sister to me. I have one niece who is 5, a nephew who is also 2 and only 3 weeks younger than my monster, and another nephew who will be celebrating his first birthday on January 9 '09. I almost flunked out of photography class in high school mostly because my teacher was an a** and I could never cut a straight line and mount my pictures to his liking. Thank God for digital cameras! Taking pictures is what I love to do!

This is my daughter Kaley. She has many names. Kaley is her real one but she also knows to answer to bug, bug-a-boo, K, buggy, hey you, stop that and what are you doing. She has a reply to all of those. As previously mentioned she's 2. She will be 3 on July 24 '09. She stays at home with me. Or do I stay at home with her? Depends on the day. Sometimes I just let her be the boss. She literally starts screaming no mommy no! when I pull out my camera. She comes from the old school of "the camera will steal your soul" thinking I guess. Either that or she thinks the lights are death rays, I haven't decided. I just know she doesn't like it and tries really hard to avoid me and my camera.

This is my cat who is so creativly named...wait for it....kitty. She is a strange cat. She lives both indoors (day) and out (night) and is house trained like a dog. She goes to the door and meows when it's time to take care of personal business. We've only had her for 7 months but I think she's pretty happy with us. She brings me dead rodents pretty frequently to thank me. Not exactly what I would ask for as a token of appreciation but sometimes that's more then the rest of the indoor inhabitants give me.

And here are K's "babies" she would be heartbroken if I didn't include them here. I take care of these toys like babies. They each have a paci and one wears diapers that seem to be constantly messed up according to Bug. Neither one is THE baby though. THE baby is in terrible shape and I'm near ashamed to take it's picture but the kid just won't part with it. So we'll save her for another day. You do have to put up with me for another 364 more days, ya know.
